Demolition 'Big Rig Style' on 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition'

Have you ever seen Extreme Makover: Home Edition? If so, then you know that they always strive to demolish the house in unique ways, like dragging a house down a hill, or by blowing it up with dynamite. Well, on the most recent episode, they drove a semi truck (without the trailer) straight through the house. The families father, named Fred, is a truck driver, so this had some meaning to him, and he wanted to go help them out with the demo. The big rig was donated by designer Johnny Littlefield. He said that it was overdue for the scrap heap anyway, he just wanted to give it one last drive.
The video was underwhelming, but still pretty cool. I was expecting more, though. They drive the truck once through it, then pull it down with a couple others. Watch the video and say what you think.

    I haven't ever watched but I hear it is such a great show!

    That sounds like such a great strategy to boost ratings.

    i agree with darren they should om done some more crazy things with the semi truck, since they said it was going to the scrap heap anyway. They should went like 80 MPh through the house

    lol well first of all, that's awesome! I would LOVE to drive a truck through a house! but...as far as that show in general goes...they have good intentions helping people and all..but they should be building houses for like people in africa who don't have houses at all! I just think there's people that need their help 1000x more than the people they're helping currently.

    I dont really watch this show but I've seen it b4 and it was pretty cool how they demolish the house. Dude I want to drive a truck through a house! lol that would be one major check mark off my bucket list
